So today we didn’t do any juicing… Mama got a bad reaction from going to just vegetables (juices and hippocrates soup) so we are still playing with trial and error. The best she has felt so far is when she did the elimination diet from the McDougall program. So she is going to go back to that and continue working on figuring out what foods are good and which are not. So far we have figured out that nightshade vegetables are bad for us Rheumatoid Arthritis folk. It is a process that we are working on improving. We are learning new things everyday. Tonight we had omelets (A favorite from Mr. Hungry Henry) and Mama made some of her amazing apple crisp! I will write out the recipe and post it next! SO we all enjoyed that and are just doing kitchen chores and will all be shuffling of to bed soon.
