Apple Crisp Recipe (printable)

Apple Crisp

  • Servings: 1 tray of 9x13
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients: 

Filling: 

4 apples 

4 cups blueberries 

1tsp. cinnamon 

1tbsp. GF flour (Or flour of your choice) 

1/2 cup pure maple syrup 

 

Topping: (Topping is best when doubled!) 

1 cup GF oats (Or any oats) 

1 cup finely chopped almonds 

1/4 cup Organic shredded coconut

1/2 cup pure maple syrup 

1 tsp. cinnamon 

1/4 tsp. salt 

1/3 cup Coconut oil 

 

Directions: 

Pre heat oven to 375°. Stir filling to coat. Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Prepare topping. Cover filling with topping. Bake another 20 min. Cool and serve. 

 

It is really delicious served with some healthy banana ice cream! SO here is a printable recipe version that I just figured out how to do! I will do this for the recipes in the future! Above is dancing donna with the apple crisp! It is one of her favorite treats 🙂
